Warranty and Refund Policy

Thank You for shopping at The Ring Light Store! If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase we're here to help and make sure you are 100% happy with your purchase!


This Limited Warranty applies to all ring lights at The Ring Light Store.

What does this limited warranty cover?

This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. During the Warranty Period, we will repair or replace, at no charge to you, entire kit or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

What will we do to correct problems?

The Ring Light Store will send you either send you a new replacement part to replace the broken or damaged part on your kit, or entire lighting kit at our discretion.

How long does the coverage last?

The Warranty Period for our lighting kits and accessories purchased from The Ring Light Store is 90 days (3 months) from the date of purchase.



You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee to be returned.

To be eligible for a return your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and item must be in the original packaging. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. Once your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the refund within 7-10 days, depending on your card issuer's or banks policies.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.

*The buyer is responsible shipping fees related to shipping the order back to us, unless the order is defective.

*If the buyer return their order to us with their own shipping method, the buyer must provide The Ring Light Store with tracking information so we can track the status of your return with the shipping carrier. If a tracking number is not sent to The Ring Light Store, a refund will not be issued.

*Orders placed using Sezzle as a payment method are subject to a 6% transaction fee if an order is refunded, cancelled, or returned.

*The Ring Light Store is not responsible for Lost or Stolen packages.
